Arron House in Hamilton is a convenient choice for families looking to explore Glasgow. the proximity to the train station made it easy for us to travel around without any hassle. the cleanliness of the house was top-notch, which is always a big concern when traveling with kids. the spacious bedroom provided a comfortable stay for us and the private bathroom, though not en-suite, was still convenient. One of the highlights for us was the lovely host who made us feel right at home. Despite a rocky start to our trip, she was understanding and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. the warm and friendly atmosphere extended to her dog Jools, who quickly became a favorite with our children. While the decor may have been a bit dated, and some amenities not up to par, the overall value for money was evident. the free onsite parking was a bonus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our family especially enjoyed the nice walks in the area and engaging with the welcoming locals. On the downside, the lack of breakfast and some misleading information in the advertisement were slight disappointments. However, the thoughtfulness of the owner and the comfortable beds made up for these shortcomings. With a budget-friendly price point of £30, we found Arron House to be a suitable choice for our family trip.
